About the Role
The Branding & Graphic Designer at Infinity Digital Agency – IDA plays a key role in shaping brand identities while also supporting ongoing marketing and communication needs. This position is ideal for a designer whose core strength lies in branding and visual identity development, but who is equally capable of executing high-quality social media and print creatives when required.
As part of the Creative Department, this role works closely with project managers, content teams, and marketers to ensure brands are communicated consistently and effectively across all platforms.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in logo design, brand identity systems, and brand guidelines
- Freelancers with proven branding and campaign experience and the ability to work within structured teams are encouraged to apply
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity (Primary Focus)
- Lead and execute brand identity projects, including logo design, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and overall visual language.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across digital, print, and marketing channels.
- Translate brand strategy, positioning, and values into clear and compelling visual identities.
- Support brand refreshes and rebranding initiatives while maintaining brand equity and continuity.
Social Media & Digital Creatives (Ongoing Focus)
- Design visually engaging creatives for social media platforms, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure visuals support messaging, objectives, and performance goals.
- Adapt brand identities into scalable social media formats without compromising brand consistency.
Print & Marketing Collateral
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, corporate profiles, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all print outputs are technically accurate and production-ready.
Creative Collaboration & Execution
- Understand and interpret briefs provided by the line manager and project team, delivering creative outputs aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform design direction when required.
- Present creative concepts and visual directions to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Modify and refine designs based on feedback until objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity across all deliverables.
- Stay updated with design, branding, and visual communication trends to help clients stay relevant and competitive.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in branding, logo design, and brand guideline development
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of social media design requirements and formats
- Experience in print design and pre-press basics
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to balance strategic branding work with fast-paced execution tasks
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
